Steps to share the Alpha³ Pass:

Purchase an Alpha3 Pack in your back office. Each pack comes with six 3-day passes.
Your new passes will populate in your AO Scan account. To see them, simply log in to the AO Scan program on your device. On the main menu of the program, look for the menu button at the top-right corner of the screen (three horizontal bars icon).
First, click the ‘Menu’ button, and then go to the ‘Management Tools’ section.
Click on ‘Alpha3 Passes’. You may send your invitation from here, by adding the first and last name, and email address of your intended recipient.
Once a guest has received their pass, they have 10 days to activate. If a pass is not activated, it will populate back to your account under the ‘Passes Available’ section.
