A: Yes, the same login works for both.
Q: How do I reset my password?
A: On the login page of the back office, click ‘Forgot my password’ and follow the instructions.
Q: What is Solex’s return policy?
A: Check the Terms and Conditions legal document on page 4 & 5.
Q: How do I access and use YouTube playlists?
A: Go to YouTube and search for Solex, LLC. Subscribe, then select the ‘Playlist’ option at the top of the screen.

A: No, Customers must enroll through a Solex distributor (QLA), not through the Solex corporate. You may contact AO Scan Team expert, Paige Maurer Wheeler, to enroll or order any of the Solex products. Product and information can be found at shop.solexnation.com/energy1 or solex.life
Q: How can I buy Solex products?
A: Enroll at shop.solexnation.com/energy1 as a retail customer, a preferred customer, or a distributor (QLA) and get wholesale pricing.
Q: What are Si Bin and Black Tourmaline products?
A: Si Bin and Black Tourmaline have Negative Ions to give you strength, balance, EMF protection, and more.
Q: What products can be used with the AO Scan?
A: All Si Bin and Black Tourmaline products can be used with the imprinting features of the AO Scan program. You can also scan supplements, but not prescribed medicine.
Q: What are some other Solex products I may want to use with my device?
A: We have so many great products to use along with the AO Scan Technology. Solex sells two amazing red light therapy devices, the Illuminator and the 660 Band. Q: What does the AO Scan do?
A: The AO Scan compares your body’s frequencies to 120,000+ Blueprint Frequencies to show what areas are out of balance and need help. You may want to research the idea behind Bioresonance to gain a better understanding of the technology.
Q: Can I try AO Scan™ before I purchase?
A: Yes, contact AO Scan Expert Trainer, Paige Maurer Wheeler, for a demo. You may also request an Alpha3 Pass to try the scan on your own device for 3 days. Alpha3 passes are available for those with a current health or wellness business or who would like to begin building an AO Scan team.
Q: Do I need an official AO Scan™ device to use AO Scan™ technology?
A: No, but other devices may not support the program or run as smoothly and fast. We recommend using a dedicated device.
Q: How do I get AO scan™ on my phone?
A: AO Scan can be added on your own phone by going to app.aoscan.com and using your username and password. You will need to have an active AO Scan monthly subscription and a bone-conducting headset to do this. Both can be purchased here.
Q: Can the AO Scan™ be used with pets?
A: Yes! The AO Scan™ has certain scans and features that are specifically designed for your pets.

Q: How frequently should I use the AO Scan™?
A: You can use it as much as you’d like! While we suggest listening to your body to decide which scans or features would be most beneficial to you at any given moment, it is not advised to use all scans every single day. Once you sign up with our team, we will make ourselves available for an intro training question and answer these type of questions. Sign Up NOW.
Q: Is a Bone Conducting Transducer Headset necessary to make use of the AO Scan™?
A: Although not necessary, certain scans and features of the AO Scan™ will work better if you use the headset. For additional information, consult the AO Scan Program Guide for instructions on how to make use of the Bone Conducting Transducer Headset. We like to give the example that it is much like the difference in being tuned into a radio station clearly and without static.

Q: What is the difference between the AO Tablet and the AO Mobile device?
A: There is no difference between the two when it comes to the AO Scan™ technology, as they both have SIM card slots, WiFi capability, and are durable. The tablet has a bigger screen for sharing and a charging dock/ethernet option, while the mobile device is more convenient for travelling.
Q: How much does the AO Scan™ Premium Subscription cost?
A: The subscription fee is $149 per month.
Q: Is it possible to perform a remote scan?

Q: What type of scans and features does the AO Scan™ offer?
A: The AO Scan™ offers Quick Scan, EZ Scan, Inner-Voice, Vitals Scan, Body Systems, Comprehensive Scan, SEFI, Imprint, Broadcast, pet scans and more.
Q: Can I freeze my AO Scan™ Premium Subscription?
A: Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time. However, when your subscription is paused, you will not be able to use the AO Scan™ Technology and any loyalty credits you have accumulated will be forfeited.

Q: Is there a membership fee?
A: There is no membership fee for retail customers and Preferred Customers. QLAs, however, need to pay an annual licensing fee of $49.00 to be able to participate in the Solex™ Benefits Plan and manage their Solex™ business.
Q: What does my Solex membership include?
A: As a QLA, you get access to your back office, compensation for product commissions and bonuses, access to the private Facebook group, weekly giveaways and prizes, specialized customer support, Solex™ university courses, a personal marketing site, marketing materials, and more.
Q: How do I sign up a new QLA or PC?
